The iconic Peacock pattern is inspired by beautiful Athenian staircases found in a building downtown. While I was sketching the pattern, decided to combine chocolate and camel brown, my favourite colour combination, and add the parts of the Peacock pattern side by side in a repetitive motion to create a feeling of movement.
My tip: place the dinner plate next to the dessert plate, giving a beautiful texture to a lovely winter table setting.
