RETURN POLICY
- Product Categories: Ready to Wear, Accessories, Homeware (except Tableware and Vases)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned free of charge (except items from the Tableware category) for a product exchange or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered or washed will not be accepted.
Items purchased from Themisz.com cannot be returned to our boutiques.
Products on discount are not refundable but are exchangeable with any other Themis Z product from any category (Ready to wear, Accessories, Home). Also, a credit note can be issued, valid for one year from the day of issue. Returning shipping costs are on customer's expense.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.
In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
- Product Category: Tableware and Vases
Tableware and Vases orders are non returnable and non refundable. In case an item arrives broken or damaged we will gladly replace it at our expense.
- Shipping errors or damaged products
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item at our expense. We will provide information for the free return. - Product exchange
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
- Refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
GIFT RETURNS
Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Refunds do not apply.
